To check the artwork you have sent us is still okay we will send you a low resolution image of the artwork, which we will require you to approve.To supply us artwork or a brief for our graphic designers to create artwork, you can email up to 10 mega bytes, alternatively use our file transfer server.

HOW TO PREPARE ARTWORK CORRECTLY

Customers artwork supplied - we will include a free disk check, however if the file has errors in it we
will have to charge £18.00 every time the artwork is resubmitted. Basic artwork - If you just require your logo placed on your document select basic artwork.we will create headings, import text and images into boxes.
Premier artwork - If you would rather have one of our graphic designers spend a set amount of hours creatively designed effective, high quality artwork for your print job.
We will inform you of how many hours we can spend on the design and artwork. This tends to work out a one hour per £125 spent on the job. Should we envisage the number of hours for the job will exceed the allocated time we will inform you of the amount of extra hours required to complete the artwork.
